Great occasion to invite a friend - and his family - who might be interested in joining the Knight to find out more about our great organization.

Pancake Breakfast

Sunday, September 24th

World-Famous Knights of Columbus Pancake Breakfast's in the Holy Family Social Hall and as an added bonus, hoagie sandwiches available too! Serving breakfast after the 9 AM and 11:00 AM Masses and hoagies will also be sold after the 11:00 AM Mass.

The breakfast menu includes pancakes, eggs, and sausage, along with juice, coffee and tea.

We begin set up starting at 7:00 am and hope to be cleaned up and out of the kitchen by 1:30 pm. Because we will be making hoagie sandwiches at the same time as we are making breakfast, we will need extra help between 9:00 and 11:00 am!

We also need help cleaning up, but setup and serving are pretty important too. Remember, the cleanup crew gets the leftovers! The profits from this Breakfast will be shared with our Respect Life Partners.

The Knights handling the food for the Holy Family parish picnic.  We will need help to do the prep work this Saturday evening 6/24 starting at 6:30 pm and the setup, food prep, layout and serving for this coming Sunday.  We’ll start setup etc. at 8:00 am and will need servers and food help at 10:30 am to get ready.  The picnic will run from noon till 2:00 PM and then we’ll need help with cleanup.

Please help with this important parish event.  If you are available to help even for half an hour, please show up.  We need help both Saturday evening for setup and Sunday, the day of the picnic!

Fridays Lenten Fish Dinners - during Lent

Pan Seared Herb Encrusted Tilapia Fillet with an Orange Reduction Sauce served with Rice Pilaf, Mixed Spring Vegetables, and a cup of Clam Chowder. Or, Homemade Mac and Cheese Dinner with French Fries and Fruit.

Charity: A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Holy Family Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts. Boy Scouts will be selling desserts.

Due to a conflict with HFK School Play on March 3rd and with the Boy Scouts at a camp out that weekend, the Council has decided to move the Lenten Fish Dinner from March 3rd until March 10th. We felt that it was important that our members be able to see their children's play without feeling guilty about not being able to help with the dinner.

Now that you are relieved of that overwhelming guilt we know that you will volunteer in droves to help on the 10th! Here is the revised request for volunteers below. We need all the help we can get! Any help on Friday would be greatly appreciated!
  • Wednesday and Friday March 8th and 10th between 4:30-8:30pm
  • Wednesday and 2:30-8:30pm
  • Friday at the Holy Family Social Hall. We especially need help during Clean-up!
